Leroy Arquette is serving a sentence for conspiracy to deliver/manufacture 650 or more grams of a controlled substance.  He was sentenced on April 11, 1991, from Oakland County.

 

John S. Rubitschun, Chairman of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234(6).

 

Under the Lifer Law, those serving life sentences for a crime committed prior to Oct. 1, 1992, other than first-degree murder or certain drug law cases, must serve ten calendar years before the parole board can obtain jurisdiction.
