Genora Gray is serving two concurrent sentences. She was sentenced on March 11, 2005 from Oakland County to 2 years 6 months - 7 years 6 months for 2nd Retail Fraud - 1st Degree. She was sentenced on May 11, 2005 from Oakland County to 2 years - 10 years for 3rd Retail Fraud - 1st Degree.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
