The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 17, 2007 It will be held atparole of Kim Hiske, #184703., to consider the possible  9:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility (JCF) , 3500 N. Elm Road, Jackson, MI  49201.
 
Kim Hiske is serving sentences for Controlled Substance and Consecutive Controlled Substance. He was sentenced on August 14, 1986 from Wayne County.
 

John S. Rubitschun, Chairman of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234(6).

Under the Lifer Law, those serving life sentences for a crime committed prior to Oct. 1, 1992, other than first-degree murder or certain drug law cases, must serve ten calendar years before the parole board can obtain jurisdiction.
