The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on
Jackie Roy Ellis is serving concurrent sentences for the crimes of Escape Prison, Kidnapping and Robbery Armed. He was sentenced on May 21, 1986 from Jackson County He was sentenced on June 5, 1989 from Wayne County to 25-60 years for the crime of Kidnapping and 20-50 years for the crime of Robbery Armed. to 1-5 years for the crime of Escape Prison.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
