The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 13, 2007, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Diane Robinson, #538791. It will be held at 1:00 p.m. at Duane Waters Hospital (DWH), 3857 Cooper Street, Jackson, Michigan.
Diane Robinson is serving a 6y - 15y sentence for the crime of Child Abuse 1st Degree. She was sentenced on August 1, 2005 from Ottawa County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
