The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 8, 2008, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for David Krzyminski, #224219. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at Duane Waters Hospital, Jackson, Michigan.
David Krzyminski is serving 3y - 15y for the crime of Assault Rob Unarmed; 3y-10y for the crime of 3rd UDAA and 2 y 10m - 10y for the crime of 3rd B&E Vehicle. He was sentenced on November 20, 2002 and July 20, 2006 from Genesee County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
