The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 10, 2008, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Roger Hinton, #148237. It will be held at 10:30 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, Michigan.
Roger Hinton is serving a Life sentence for Murder 1st Degree. He was sentenced on February 9, 1977 from Jackson County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
