The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 26, 2008, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Lonnie Gene Render, #139584. It will be held at 10:30 a.m. at the Duane Waters Hospital, Jackson, Michigan.
Lonnie Render is serving a 20y - 30y sentence for 3rd Break & Enter and a 4y - 30y sentence for the crime of 4th Home Invasion 2nd Degree. He was sentenced on June 30, 1987 and May 17, 2005 from Muskegon County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
