The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 27, 2008, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Joseph M. Kozlow, #106376. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, Michigan.
Joseph M. Kozlow is serving a Life sentence for Murder 1st Degree. He was sentenced on December 1, 1969 from Arenac County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
