A public hearing to consider to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Robert Darcy, #229899

The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 15, 2008, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Robert Darcy, #229899.  It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, Michigan.

Robert Darcy was sentenced to Life on February 1, 1993 in Oakland County for the crime of Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Deliver over 650 Grams of Cocaine.  Robert Darcy was sentenced to 2y - 2y on June 2, 1993 in Macomb County for the crime of Weapons Felony Firearm, and was sentenced to 1y - 4y on March 10, 1993 in Oakland County for the crime of Abscond or Fort Bond.

The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
