The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 24, 2008,to consider the possible commutation of sentence for King Gross #242518. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center, Jackson, Michigan.
King Gross was sentenced on June 23, 1995from Oakland Countyto 5y-30y for the crime of Cons. Controlled Substance; 1y-20y for the crime of Controlled Substance; 3y-20y (3 counts) for the crime of Controlled Substance; 2y-20y for the crime of Controlled Substance and 3y-30y for the crime of Controlled Substance.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
