The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 3, 2008 , to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Brian James Parker, #177471.  It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, Michigan.

Brian James Parker was sentenced onJanuary 20, 1995 from Tuscola Countyto 20y - 35y for the crime of 4th Breaking & Entering.

The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
