The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 12, 2008, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Michael Scott Chegwidden #245244. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Michael Scott Chegwidden was sentenced on September 8, 1995 from Houghton County to 1y 4m-2y for the crime of Attempted Malicious Destruction, to 15y -22y for the crime of 2nd Robbery Unarmed and to 18y -30y for the crime of 2nd Home Invasion 1st Degree.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
