The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 10, 2008, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Andres Colmines #237654. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Hospital, Jackson, Michigan.
Andres Colmines is serving Life for the crime of Possession with Intent to Deliver over 650 grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on June 9, 1994 from Wayne County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
