The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 19, 2008, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for John Maxson Collard, #150502. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Hospital, Jackson, Michigan.
John Maxson Collard is serving 2 years to 5 years for the crime of R/C Stolen Property. He was sentenced on July 9, 2007 from Berrien County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
