The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 11, 2008, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Charles E. Williams, #125932. It will be held at 9:00 a.m.at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Charles E. Williams is serving a 40y - 65y sentence for the crime of Armed Robbery. He was sentenced on May 13, 1982 from Genesee County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
