The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 23, 2008 , to consider the possible parole for Delfino Moreno, #173211. It will be held at 11:00 a.m.at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.

Delfino Moreno is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree. He was sentenced on August 2, 1983 from Ottawa County.

Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
