The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 16, 2008, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Frank Flanders, #175035. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Frank Flanders was sentenced on August 29, 1994 from Saginaw County to a term of 10y - 20y for the crime of Possession with Intent to Deliver 50-224 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on December 16, 1994 from Kalkaska County to a term of 5y - 20y for the crime of Conspiracy to Deliver 50-224 Grams of Cocaine, 5y - 20y for the crime of Delivery of 50-224 Grams of Cocaine and 5y - 20y for the crime of Conspiracy to Deliver 50-224 Grams of Cocaine.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
