The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 23, 2008, to consider the possible parole of Rogelio Arzola Vazquez, #211668. It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Rogelio Arzola Vazquez was sentenced on September 5, 1990 from Ottawa County to Life for the crime of Possession with Intent to Deliver Over 650 Grams of Cocaine; Life for the crime of Possession of Over 650 Grams of Cocaine and Life for the crime of Conspiracy to Possess over 650 Grams of Cocaine.
Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
