The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on October 28, 2008, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Clark F. Lester, #120788. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, Michigan.
Clark F. Lester is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 1st Degree. He was sentenced on July 19, 1968 from Washtenaw County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
