The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 13, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Felipe Gonzalez, #276054. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Felipe Gonzalez is serving a 20 year minimum - 30 year and 10 month maximum sentence for the crime of Delivery/Manufacture of Cocaine Over 650 Grams. He was sentenced on December 4, 1998 from Branch County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
