The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing onThursday, January 15, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Robert James Peterson, #161416. It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility,Ionia, MI.
Robert James Peterson is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 1st Degree. He was sentenced on May 20, 1980 from Wayne County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
