The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 2, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Jose Francisco Loera, #501837. It will be at 1:00 p.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Jose Francisco Loera is serving a 5y-20y sentence for the crime of Delivery of a Controlled Substance 50-224 Grams. He was sentenced on September 17, 2004 from Muskegon County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
