The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 3, 2009 , to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Barry Gene Hathcock, #127790. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, Michigan.
Barry Gene Hathcock was sentenced on December 17, 1970 from Macomb County to a term of Life for the crime of Murder 1st Degree.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
