The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 2, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Rogelio Arzola Vazquez, #211668. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Rogelio Arzola Vazquez is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Possession with Intent to Deliver Over 650 Grams of Cocaine, a Life sentence for the crime of Possession of Over 650 Grams of Cocaine and a Life sentence for the crime of Conspiracy to Possess Over 650 Grams of Cocaine.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
