The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 16, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of William Gulley, #241396. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
William Gulley is serving a 2y 6m - 20y sentence for the crime of Delivery or Manufacture of Cocaine Less than 50 Grams and 1y 8m - 5y sentence for the crime of Carrying a Weapon with Unlawful Intent. He was sentenced on July 15, 2008 from Kent County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
