The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 6, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Terrell Eugene Tucker #324120. It will be at 1:00 p.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Terrell Eugene Tucker is serving a 6y - 15y sentence for the crime of Robbery Armed. He was sentenced on April 29, 2002 from Genesee County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
