The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 21, 2009 , to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Michael Moran, #196974. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Hospital, Jackson, Michigan.
Michael Moran was sentenced on October 27, 1994 from Wayne County to a term of Life for the crime of Murder 1st Degree.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
