The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 18, 2009 , to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Arthur Marlowe, #449279. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, Michigan.
Arthur Marlowe was sentenced on March 30, 2005 from Muskegon County to a term of 9y - 30y for the crime of Robbery - Bank 4th, a term of 9y - 30y for the crime of Robbery - Bank 4th, and a term of 9y - 30y for the crime of Robbery - Bank 4th.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
