The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 23, 2009, to consider the possible parole of Roger Johnson, #122581.  It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, MI.

Roger Johnson was sentenced on August 11, 1970 from Genesee County to Life for the crime of Assault With Intent to Rob While Armed.  He was also sentenced on February 28, 1972 from Genesee County to Life for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree.

Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
