The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 15, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Lamond Alston, #243781. It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Lamond Alston is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Conspiracy to Deliver Over 650 Grams of Cocaine, Supplemental Information - 2nd. He was sentenced on June 6, 1995 from Muskegon County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
