The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 18, 2009 , to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Dean Ewald Korth, #433994.  It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, Michigan.

Dean Ewald Korth is serving a 1y 6m - 7y sentence for the crime of Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance Schedule 1 2 3 and a 1y 6m - 7y sentence for the crime of Delivery of a Controlled Substance Schedule 1 2 3. He was sentenced on January 30, 2007 from Ionia County. He is also serving a 10y - 25y sentence for the crime of Robbery Armed Habitual Offender 4th. He was sentenced on September 2, 2008 from Menominee County.

The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
