The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 26, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Jimmy Price, #118621. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Jimmy Price is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 1st Degree. He was sentenced on August 10, 1967 from Wayne County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
