The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 26, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Terry Cole, #140357. It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Terry Cole is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 1st Degree. He was sentenced on January 8, 1975 from Kent County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
