The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 10, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Charles Hathorn, #235822. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Charles Hathorn is serving a term of 3y-20y for the crime of Delivery of Cocaine Less than 50 Grams. He is also serving a Life sentence for the crime of Conspiracy to Deliver More than 650 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on February 24, 1994 and May 2, 1995 respectively from Muskegon County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
