The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 16, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Dennis Vertin, #135167. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Dennis Vertin is serving a term of Life for the crime of Murder 1st Degree. He was sentenced on March 20, 1973 from Livingston County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
