The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 30, 2009 , to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Donald Arthur Martin, #109940. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, Michigan.
Donald Arthur Martin is serving a 25y-50y (3 Counts) sentence for the crime of Criminal Sexual Conduct 1st Degree - Personal Injury (3 Counts), a 10y-15y sentence for the crime of Criminal Sexual Conduct 2nd Degree - Personal Injury, and a 15y-20y sentence for the crime of Home Invasion 1st Degree. He was sentenced on January 29, 1999 from Wayne County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
