The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 30, 2009 , to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Hugo F. Ochoa, #260267. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, Michigan.

Hugo F. Ochoa is serving a 10y-20y sentence for the crime of Conspiracy to Deliver 225-649 Grams of Cocaine and a 10y-20y sentence for the crime of Delivery of 225-649 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on November 7, 1997 from Wayne County.

The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
