The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 15, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Lazaro Medina, #616380. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Lazaro Medina is serving a term of 4y-20y for the crime of Delivery of 50-449 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on September 19, 2006 from Muskegon County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
