A public hearing to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Brian Ronald Dishaw

The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 26, 2009 to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Brian Ronald Dishaw. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Grand Tower, Conference Room 1A, 235 South Grand Avenue, Lansing, Michigan.
Brian Ronald Dishaw was sentenced to a term of 12 months confinement, 3 years probation and $500 in Fees/Costs/Restitution for the crime of Criminal Sexual Conduct-3rd Degree and Criminal Sexual Conduct-4th Degree. He was sentenced on October 28, 2002, from Iosco County.
Barbara S. Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole and Commutation Board.
This hearing is required by state law prior to consideration of any pardon by the Governor.
