The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 18, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Ronald Wayne Russell, #477845. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, Michigan.
Ronald Wayne Russell is serving a 8y-25y sentence for the crime of Home Invasion-1st Degree and a 2y10m-10y sentence for the crime of Weapons-Firearms-Possession by Felon. He was sentenced on November 6, 2006 from Tuscola County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
