The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 30, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of James A. Goble, #134913.  It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.

James A. Goble is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 1st Degree. He was sentenced on February 13, 1973 from Lapeer County.

The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
