The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 3, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Calletano Martinez-Muro, #600977. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Calletano Martinez-Muro is serving a term of 7y-20y for the crime of Home Invasion-1st Degree and a term of 2y8m-4y for the crime of Possession of Under 25 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on October 11, 2007 from Kent County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
