The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 9, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Thomas Whiteaker, #133650. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Thomas Whiteaker is serving a term of 30y-45y for the crime of Breaking and Entering Occupied Dwelling and a term of 20y-40y for the crime of Larceny in a Building. He was sentenced on November 29, 1988 from Lenawee County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
