The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 14, 2009 to consider the possible parole of Donald A. Larson, #226398. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, MI.
Donald Larson is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Manufacture and Delivery of Over 650 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on August 26, 1992 from Oakland County.
Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
By Statute, prisoners serving a life sentence under MCL 333.74012A1, must serve 15, 17 1/2 or 20 calendar years, based on predetermined factors, before the parole and commutation board can obtain jurisdiction.
