Public Hearing to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Cory Hudson, #490180.

The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 16, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Cory Hudson, #490180. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, Michigan.
Cory Hudson is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Possession of Over 650 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on April 5, 2004 from Oakland County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
