The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 5, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Mark Edward Gilman, #692705. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, Michigan.
Mark Edward Gilman was sentenced to a term of 5y-20y for the crime of Conducting a Criminal Enterprise and sentenced to a term of 1y-4y for the crime of Manufacture and Delivery of Marijuana. He was sentenced on July 31, 2008 from Isabella County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
