The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 13, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Matthew Fermolie, #186030. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, Michigan.
Matthew Fermolie is serving a 3y-15y sentence for the crime of Home Invasion-2nd Degree, a 3y-15y sentence for the crime of 4th Larceny Over $1,000 But Less Than $20,000, a 3y-15y sentence for the crime of 4th Malicious Destruction of Property of a Building Over $1,000 But Less Than $20,000, a 3y-15y sentence for the crime of 4th Weapons - Larceny of a Firearm, and a 3y-15y sentence for the crime of 4th Larceny Over $1,000 But Less Than $20,000. He was sentenced on November 18, 2008 from Oakland County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
