The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 25, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Leo Raymond Terlisner, #152376. It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Leo Raymond Terlisner is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 1st Degree. He was sentenced on December 12, 1977 from Van Buren County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
