The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 25, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Roger Ruthruff, #184693. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Roger Ruthruff is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Felony Murder. He was sentenced on August 14, 1986 from Eaton County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
